Provide a 24hour Care Plan for each resident according to their individual needs and abilities.
Encourage and foster interest in fellow-residents.
Provide maximum opportunities for individual choice.
Provide a comprehensive range of ancillary health facilities such as chiropody, dental, ophthalmic care and physiotherapy.
Provide facilities for hair care and grooming.
Encourage and support physical fitness and healthy diet practices.
Encourage engagement in creative and recreational activities while also providing opportunities for personal growth and development.
Encourage staff to establish a rapport with residents while at all times remaining sensitive to the background of individual residents.
Ensure regular organised meetings between residents and staff.
Ensure that staff work rotas are consistent with planned group activities and individual attention.
Ensure the Health & Safety of all residents at all times.
Maintain highest possible standards of Care Practice consistent with the National Care Standards and the Commission for Social Care Inspection (C.S.C.I)
